1- The best way to look smart is to shut up and listen.
2- The imposter syndrome and the fear of not doing a great job is what pushes many to become excellent at it.
3- Being bad at one job doesn’t mean we’d be bad in all jobs.
4- Everybody can be having a bad day, this includes your customers.
1 Tool:
Camo – Turn your phone into a webcam. I’ve been using it for almost a year and I have my old phone (Samsung S9) as my webcam. The downside it that the camera is always on, but you can turn off the app on your computer or your phone and reconnect whenever you need it.
