#73 The 6 Road Warrior Energy Habits

I’ve worked with many Sales Engineers in my life, and it seems that health is never a focus. We focus on doing out demos, maybe keeping our Account Managers Happy, and visiting customers. 

This gets worse when we travel. If there was any focus at all on health, it shifts to taking customers out for drinks, fancy food, and staying up late to catch up on the work we missed while traveling and meeting customers. 

This is what happened with Bryan for most of his career until he decided to changes it. We talk about that, we also talk about staying connected with the family while traveling.

    • Move: Find a way to move during your day. “Do something, anything, just not nothing”
    • Fuel: Make the healthiest choice

    • Develop: Read, journal, sharpen the mind
    • Connect: Intentionally, thoughtfully, creatively.
