You cannot eliminate all sources of stress. Also, some stress is good to push us forward. I want to talk about how I “Handle” my stress. As in I’m still stressed if you will, but here’s how I handle it.
Sources of Stress:
Too many items on the plate
Surprises while there are too many things on the plate
Health scares
Lack of sleep
Uncertainty
Not hitting set goals
How I Deal With It:
Understand that some things are going to slip – I stopped sending out my 4/1/1 newsletter, slowed down on YouTube
