4 Random Thoughts, 1 Tool, and 1 Quote

So today I have 30 minutes set aside on my schedule for dedicated learning time. But today also happens to be within the last quarter of the year. Which means I have requests coming out of my nose.

This priority struggle, which is common among most of us, is what Max van Berk and I discussed in this week’s podcast. The hardest part of learning is in fact finding the time to do so.

Let’s dig into this a bit with the 4/1/1

4 Random Thoughts From Me:

1- Learning is a constant endeavor.

2- People learn differently, but the Feynman Technique works for most.

3- Don’t forget why you’re learning something. I find without the why, I have no reason to keep learning it. I just give up and move on.

4- Get accountability partners. Max mentioned in the podcast above that his workplace makes learning a team activity. My accountability partner is you, through my YouTube channel (which I posted the latest video this week). Who’s yours?

1 Tool:

Huberman Labs Podcast.

I’ve been enjoying listening to Andrew Huberman as he discusses ways to optimize the human body and mind which includes optimizing them for learning. If you have not checked it out yet, give it a try.
